Ambassador Program: Agreement

Eligibility:

• Ambassadors must be at least 18 years of age, or between 16 and 18 years of age with parental consent. For Ambassadors aged 16-18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Ambassador.

Parental Consent for Ambassadors Aged 16-18:

• If the Ambassador is between the ages of 16 and 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for their participation in the Ambassador Program. By providing such consent, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.

Ambassadorship:

• Ambassadors represent Bow Ball and shall conduct themselves in a manner that aligns with the Company's values and mission.
• Ambassadors are not considered employees or agents of Bow Ball and shall not have authority to legally bind the Company.

Promotional Activities:

• Ambassadors are encouraged to actively promote Bow Ball products through social media, blogs, and other online platforms.
• All promotional activities must be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Discounts and Benefits:

• Ambassadors may receive exclusive discounts on Bow Ball products and access to special promotions. 
• Ambassadors may receive commission on Bow Ball products purchased from www.bowballit.com when Ambassador's unique code is used at checkout by people the Ambassador refers to www.bowballit.com. 
• Benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Bow Ball.

Intellectual Property:

• Ambassadors may use Bow Ball's logos and promotional materials only for approved promotional activities.
• Ambassadors may not alter, modify, or use Bow Ball's intellectual property in any unauthorized manner.

Confidentiality:

• Ambassadors may have access to confidential information. Ambassadors agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Amendments:

• Bow Ball reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program and these terms at any time.

Limitation of Liability:

• Bow Ball shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Ambassador Program.

Entire Agreement:

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

By participating in the Bow Ball Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
